Rachel Harris

Rachel Harris is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources sector. Currently serving as UK HR Manager at Weartech International since June 2022, Rachel has a robust background that includes serving as Site HR Manager at Dunbia Group from September 2015 to June 2022, as well as holding multiple HR positions at Hilton Worldwide from March 2012 to September 2015, including Cluster HR Manager for Hilton London Gatwick Airport and Hilton Brighton Metropole. Rachel’s earlier career also includes roles at Peacocks, COSi, Bridgend County Borough Council, and Corus. Rachel is currently pursuing a Level 7 degree in Strategic People Management at ICS Learn, complementing an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from Coleg Glan Hafren and additional qualifications in marketing and human resources.
