Wendy Wilson

Wendy Wilson is an accomplished leader in sustainability and enterprise risk management with extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental stewardship. Since October 2011, Wendy has held various senior roles at Weatherford, including Global Director of Sustainability (ESG) and Global Director of Enterprise Risk Management & HSSE Assurance, as well as Global HSE Director for Manufacturing & Engineering. In these capacities, Wendy has been responsible for overseeing integrated management systems and leading high-performing QHSSE teams. Prior to Weatherford, Wendy served as HSSE Manager at Flint Transfield Services Ltd. and held positions as Corporate EHS & Loss Control Advisor at URS Flint and EHS Coordinator at Contain Enviro, contributing significantly to safety management, legislative compliance, and incident investigation across multiple organizations.
