Jono Earles

Jono Earles is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in driving business growth through digital marketing strategies. Currently serving as a Marketing Advisor at Web Genius since March 2023, Jono works with businesses in the Bay of Plenty region. In addition, Jono is the Founder of Sales Generator, aiming to assist small to medium business owners in increasing sales. Previously, Jono held significant roles at RevGen, including Head of Growth & Partnerships and Head of Marketing, where responsibilities included developing strategies for revenue recovery and overseeing marketing initiatives. Jono also has experience as an Account Director at Shine Limited and DDB New Zealand, and as a Senior Account Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi London. Jono began a legal career at Russell McVeagh after earning a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, complemented by further education in digital acceleration and advertising.
