Gene Cook

Gene Cook is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in product management, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurship. Since June 2015, Gene has served as an Affiliate & Startup Advisor at Webb Investment Network. Gene was Vice President and GM for Global Collectibles at eBay from September 2022 to June 2024, overseeing a multi-billion dollar division and a large cross-functional team. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Management at Meta, where Gene led fundraising products and humanitarian efforts; Founder & CEO of MotorCrew, Inc.; and Co-Founder & CEO of Diana Labs, Inc. Gene has a strong foundation from earlier positions at eBay, including roles in product management and business performance that drove significant growth and innovation. Gene holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Vanderbilt University.
