Magdalena Ociepka

Magdalena Ociepka is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CFO and Board Member at WEBCON since June 2024, Ociepka previously held the position of Group CFO at SALESmanago and Grupa ATERIMA from June 2023 to May 2024 and July 2022 to May 2023, respectively. Ociepka's tenure at InPost from September 2016 to July 2022 as Group Finance & Risk Director involved overseeing finance and risk management for a major e-commerce company. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Audit for Central Europe & Turkey at Tesco PLC and progressing from Intern to Audit Manager at Deloitte Poland, where a diverse range of audit clients was managed. Ociepka holds a Master of Arts in Finance from Krakow University of Economics, completed in 2006.
