Urmila Gupta

Urmila Gupta is an accomplished Senior SDET at WebMD since July 2021, where all testing activities are managed for US clients while ensuring quality standards are met. Prior to joining WebMD, Urmila served as a Senior Test Engineer at BookMyShow from January 2019 to June 2021, overseeing the quality assurance of the “Movies” vertical across multiple platforms in an Agile environment, mentoring new hires, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes leading QA efforts for the Wynk Music App at Wynk Limited, and working as a QA Engineer at Aptus Health and Pocket App, where a variety of testing methods were employed. Urmila’s career began as a Research Analyst at eClerx. Urmila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Vivekanand Education Society's College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
