Graham Carney

Graham Carney is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A at WebPros since December 2024. Prior to this role, Graham held the position of M&A Director at Banyan Software from May 2022 to December 2024 and at THG from May 2017 to May 2022. Graham's extensive experience in corporate finance began at KPMG UK, where roles spanned from Associate Director to Corporate Finance (M&A), advising a diverse range of companies on structured transactions. Notable transactions include the sales of Utiligroup to Energy Services Group and Clarke Energy to Kohler Co. Graham’s career began in logistics management at LKW Walter, complemented by a degree in German and Business Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.
