John Earnshaw

John Earnshaw is an accomplished Art Director and Creative Director with extensive experience in the fashion and creative industries. Currently serving as Art Director and Associate Creative Director at both Wedgwood and Waterford since November 2022, John has been self-employed as a Creative Director, Image Maker, and Fashion Designer since 2011, curating exhibitions and fashion shows at prestigious venues including London Fashion Week. Co-founder of the collaborative photography project Portrait Youth, John's work focuses on engaging diverse youth groups in the North West, UK. John has also held positions as Showcase Lead and Senior Lecturer at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where contributions significantly shaped the BA (Hons) Fashion Design & Technology: Womenswear pathway into an award-winning course. Academic credentials include a PGCERT in Academic Practice and an MA in Fashion: Womenswear from Central Saint Martins.
