Aarati Rao is an accomplished leader in the fields of education and social impact, currently serving as the Regional Executive Director at Wedu, where the mission focuses on closing the Gender Leadership Gap. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of MEL, Data & Technology at LALA, where Aarati built a high-performing team, established impactful performance metrics, and developed innovative research frameworks. As Program Strategy & Evaluation Manager at Global Citizen Year, notable contributions to program expansion and impact evaluation were made. Aarati co-founded Ebase Kodagu to promote environmental education among youth and has held various impactful positions across education-focused organizations.
