Nikolaus Frei

Nikolaus Frei is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director for both EuroIns Insurance Group and wefox, as well as a Director and Co-Founder of Benefitster, Nikolaus has a strong focus on modern IT solutions for the GCC Pension and Employee Benefits market. Additionally, Nikolaus holds the position of Chairman of the Advisory Board at MAINS LAB, an AI developer in the insurance industry. Previous roles include Interim CEO at Bright Box, CEO of Rosgosstrakh, CEO of Allianz Russia, and Managing Partner at Allianz Consulting. Nikolaus holds an M.Eng in Telecom Engineering from EPFL and an MBA from INSEAD.
