Erin McQuillen

Erin McQuillen is an experienced legal recruiting professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Recruiting at Wegman Partners since March 2017, Erin specializes in associate, partner, and in-house placements within top-tier law firms and corporations. Prior to this role, Erin held positions including East Coast Manager of Recruiting at Considine Search, focusing on legal marketing and business development, and at TRU Staffing Partners, concentrating on E-Discovery and litigation support. Additional experience includes operational roles at David Carrie LLC, Major, Lindsey & Africa, Hudson Legal, Stone Legal, and Wennik & Motta. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Fine Arts from Merrimack College.
