Joe Deiss

Joe Deiss is an experienced professional in property management and wildlife control, currently serving as a Leasing Consultant at Weidner Apartment Homes since August 2022. As the Residential Property Manager and Renovator at Logical Landlord LLC since February 2018, Joe has renovated various properties while pursuing a career as a Mortgage Lender and effectively communicated with numerous prospective tenants. Joe previously owned and operated Mr Kritter, a Humane Wildlife Control Abatement Business, and was responsible for managing the extraction of various wildlife species. At Deiss Sales Inc., Joe engaged in sales and customer service across Southern and Central California, alongside tenure at Critter Control, where outstanding service earned multiple National Client Service Awards. Joe holds an Associate's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Santiago Canyon College.
