Carl Suard

Carl Suard is an Associate in the private funds group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carl was a Legal Secondee with Capital Dynamics and served as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from August 2016 to August 2023, where experience included various roles within the Private Funds Group. During time at Clifford Chance, Carl also completed a traineeship with rotations across multiple legal areas. Additional experience includes a Legal Secondee position at Credit Suisse Asset Management and earlier roles including Junior Analyst and Activity Leader. Carl holds a degree from the University of Oxford and completed advanced legal studies at BPP Law School and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
