Stuart Pibworth

Stuart Pibworth is a counsel in the European Tax practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where responsibilities include advising clients on complex UK and international tax matters, focusing on restructurings, corporate transactions, and finance arrangements since February 2016. Previously, Stuart served as a Tax Solicitor (Associate) at Sidley Austin LLP from August 2011 to February 2016, gaining expertise in tax issues related to asset management, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border acquisitions. Stuart's legal training began at Sidley's London office, with exposure to various practices including Competition Law and Financial Services Regulatory. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP Law School, an LLB in Law with French Law from the University of Birmingham, and a Licence en Droit from Université d'Orléans.
