Jim Burke

Jim Burke is an expert in electronic marketing, information systems and an experienced CEO with a track record of success in turning around and growing an array of private-equity backed and public businesses. He is currently the CEO of vRad, a leading telemedicine company. Jim led vRad out of a financial restructuring to sustained double-digit sales and EBITDA growth and a successful exit to a strategic acquirer (MEDNAX, NYSE). Prior to vRad, Jim was the CEO of Global Compliance (now NAVEX Global), a leading global provider of ethics and compliance software and services. While at Global Compliance, Jim took the company from declining sales to greater than 20% annual growth in sales, gross margin expansion, and a successful exit to a private equity firm. Jim previously spent 9 years at Dunn & Bradstreet (“D&B”) where he turned around D&B's flagship Risk Management business, and served in several senior leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer, President of US Customer Segments and President of Global Information Services and Chief Quality Officer.

Jim was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a BSBA in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
