Katie Rodda

Katie Rodda, MLD, currently serves as a Learning and Development Specialist at WelbeHealth, where responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, leading training programs, and designing impactful learning materials to enhance organizational performance. Previous roles encompass Project Coordinator at Pacific Dental Services, where webinars were coordinated to promote oral systemic health and attract talent, as well as Business Operations and Development Assistant at Healthcare Design & Construction, where initiatives focused on team building and safety programs. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at Chapman University, managing wellness programming at the Mashouf Wellness Center, and conducting research at San Francisco State University. Katie holds a Master's degree in Leadership Development from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
