Keith Winger

Keith Winger is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and engineering design. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Welch Packaging since October 2014, Keith has previously held senior roles such as Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager at CTS Corporation, where responsibilities included managing networks, servers, phone systems, and ERP operations. Earlier in their career, Keith managed electronic sensor design teams and CAD systems at CTS Corporation and evaluated CAD systems at AM General LLC. Keith began their engineering career as a Product Engineer at Allis Chalmers, after earning a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University.
