Andrea Lederer

Andrea Lederer currently serves as Chief Digital Officer at Weleda AG, having joined the company in June 2024. Previously, Andrea held the position of Director eCommerce CEE & Omnichannel at Douglas from August 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing eCommerce growth in Central Eastern European countries, achieving double-digit growth during the tenure. Before that, Andrea was Director Market Management at Expedia Group from December 2019 to July 2021, managing relationships with lodging partners in Germany. Andrea also served as Director International & Online Operations at BestSecret and held multiple roles at Amazon from July 2008 to June 2017, including Head of Production & Vendor Management for Amazon Publishing Europe. Andrea completed a Diplom in International Business at European University Viadrina, supplemented by a BA (Hons) in Business in Europe from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Spanish Language Certificate from Universidad de Salamanca.
