Allison Knee

Allison Knee is a marketing professional with extensive experience in the development and communications sector. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing for the Development Office at Wellesley College since December 2019, Allison previously held multiple roles at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from March 2011 to December 2019, including Associate Director of Marketing. Earlier career experiences include positions at Patch.com as a Freelance Writer and at The Inquirer and Mirror as Sports Editor. Allison began the professional journey with a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Lafayette College, graduating in 2002.
