Anuja Navaratna

Anuja Navaratna is the Director of Investment Operations at Wellesley College since November 2024. Prior to this role, Anuja served as the Executive Director and Head of Investment Operations, Portfolio Analytics & Reporting at TIFF Investment Management from July 2011 to November 2024, progressing from Manager of Operations to Operations Analyst during the tenure. Anuja's earlier experience includes leading Operations and Business Development at dinaliC and conducting client portfolio analysis during a co-op at Hamilton Lane. Anuja began a career in operations as an Operations Accountant Co-op at Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Anuja holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and completed Edexcel A/L in subjects including Pure Mathematics.
