Jovan Silva

Jovan Silva is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management consulting and human capital management. As the Chief Executive Officer of TactIQ since February 2015, Jovan leads a firm known for its innovative concepts and revolutionary tools that enhance workforce innovation. In addition to this role, Jovan is the Founder of Matchplicity, a cloud-based human capital management tool launched in September 2020, designed to improve workforce efficiency for community-based organizations. Jovan has also served as a Senior Business Consultant at Bizzell, participated as a Resident Startup at Techstars, and held leadership roles in strategy and business development at Vistant, RWD Consulting, and The Bizzell Group. Jovan's earlier career includes significant positions in business development and account management at ACI Solutions, LLB Enterprises, and AmeriHealth Caritas. Educational accomplishments include a Master's of Science from Howard University and a Bachelor's of Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
