Gary Mayzes

Gary Mayzes serves as the Senior Vice-President and Regional Manager for the Alberta Region at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth since June 2021, focusing on delivering an exceptional Advisor experience in North America. Prior to this role, Gary held various senior positions at CIBC, including Managing Director and Region Head for Alberta, where contributions were made to the vision and strategy of Private Wealth Management and Wood Gundy. Gary's extensive background includes leadership roles at CIBC Wood Gundy, Merrill Lynch, and Midland Walwyn, spanning over three decades in wealth management and talent strategy development. Educational qualifications include a Professional Banking Program from the Schulich School of Business and an Associate degree in Business from Camosun College.
