Nicholas Cooper

Nicholas Cooper is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Executive Director in the Syndicate at Wells Fargo since October 2024, specializing in US Syndicate for Investment Grade bond issuances. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various positions at TD Securities from January 2020 to October 2024, including Director and Vice President in Syndicate. Nicholas’s career in finance began at Westpac, where roles ranged from Graduate Analyst to Senior Associate in Global Funding within the Group Treasury from February 2013 to December 2019. Nicholas also served as Senior Vice President at Whale Beach SLSC Inc. and gained early experience through an internship at Westpac and as an Assistant Financial Analyst at Dell. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
