Jim Southworth

Jim Southworth serves as Associate General Counsel at WellSpan Health since August 2022. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Senior Counsel at Tucker Arensberg, P.C., providing legal counsel focused on labor and employment matters. From 2015 to April 2021, Jim was a Principal at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, continuing the defense of clients in employment-related issues. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Houston Harbaugh, where a client base was developed, and at Metz Lewis Brodman Must O'Keefe LLC, where advice and counsel were provided on various employment topics. Beginning a career in human resources, Jim managed the organizational development department at St. Joseph Hospital & Health Center after starting as a staff trainer. Educationally, Jim holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a BS in Pastoral Studies from Clarks Summit University.
