Dennis G. Lopez

Dennis G. Lopez has been the Chief Executive Officer of QuadReal Property Group Ltd., a global real estate investment, operating and development company, since 2017. He was Chief Investment Officer of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, a global real estate investment manager, from 2009 to 2017 and the Chief Executive Officer of SUN Real Estate Group, a private equity firm with real estate activities in India and Russia, from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Lopez has had a career of over 30 years in real estate investment banking and management, including serving as Global Head of Real Estate at Cambridge Place Investment Management, a London-based hedge fund, from 2005 to 2007, and Managing Director/Head of European Real Estate Investment Banking at JP Morgan from 1998 to 2005.

Mr. Lopez’s breadth and depth of experience in all aspects of real estate investing makes him an important addition to the Board.
