Thereza Medeiros

Thereza Medeiros is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in the field, currently working at weme since June 2024. Previously, Thereza held the same title at Rappi from April 2023 to May 2024, where key contributions involved B2B research and enhancements in the restaurant and consumer verticals, as well as supporting integration within the Box Delivery ecosystem. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Designer at Indigo Hive, focusing on educational product research for Grupo Fleury, and as a UX Researcher at Robô Laura, contributing to healthtech innovations. Additionally, Thereza worked as a UX/UI Designer at Closeer, fostering research culture within the startup, and led a scientific initiation project at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, exploring the use of oyster shells in the food industry. Thereza holds a graduate degree in Nutrition from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte and is pursuing a specialization in research from Escola da Cidade Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo.
