Peter Fifield

Peter Fifield is an accomplished professional in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital since November 2018. Additionally, Peter holds the role of Substance Use Disorder Services Manager at the same institution. As the Owner and Director of 3 OAKS Consulting PLLC since January 2015, Peter engages in providing expert consulting services. With a commitment to education, Peter has been a Motivational Interviewing Trainer since 2010 and is part of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. Prior to current roles, Peter managed Behavioral Health Services at Families First Health & Support Center from June 2008 until May 2024. Peter holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from the University of New England, a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology from The University of West Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science/Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire.
