Heather Barnes

Heather Barnes is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Group Head of Supply Chain & Supply Chain Excellence at WEPA. Prior roles include Global Supply Chain Integration Director at Solenis, where leadership of post-acquisition supply chain integration was a focus, and Supply Chain Director for European Sales and Operations Planning at Diversey, leading the roll-out of a pan-European S&OP process. Additional experience includes strategic consulting at Amelior Consultancy Ltd, and significant leadership roles at DEESIDE HOUSE EDUCATIONAL TRUST LIMITED, Sealed Air Corporation, and various positions at Unilever, culminating in significant achievements in logistics, contract manufacturing, and operational improvements. Heather holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
