Brian P. Durkin

Brian P. Durkin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Werfen since March 2022, Brian also holds the position of Senior Vice President for Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, and Service in North America at Instrumentation Laboratory since April 2019. Previously, Brian played key roles at Instrumentation Laboratory from 1997 to 2012, including Executive Director for North America Sales & National Accounts and Northeast Area Sales Manager. Brian's career began at Roche Diagnostics/Boehringer Mannheim Corporation as Regional Business Manager and included service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where notable achievements included receiving the Navy Commendation Medal and other honors. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
