Ziyao Li

Ziyao Li is an accomplished Algorithm Engineer currently working at WeRide since July 2024, focusing on planning and control in the self-driving sector. Prior to this role, Ziyao held positions as a Researcher at DPTechnology, specializing in machine learning applications for bio-related molecules, and as a Quantitative Researcher at UBIQUANT, where Ziyao conducted investment research in the stock market. Ziyao's early career includes experience as a Research Assistant at Peking University, researching algorithms in Graph Neural Networks, and various research internships at notable organizations such as Microsoft, Alibaba Group, and Carnegie Mellon University. Ziyao holds a PhD in Data Science and dual bachelor's degrees in Data Science and Big Data Technology, and in Theory and History of Arts, all from Peking University.
