Margreet van Den Bogaert

Margreet Van Den Bogaert is an experienced ITSM consultant and owner of Lucero IT Control, specializing in process optimization within Service Management organizations since October 2012. Currently serving as a process manager at MINDEF (NL) and recently as a change manager at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek, Margreet has a strong background in Agile methodologies and organizational change. Previous roles include service manager and process consultant at Servicepunt71, where work involved transitioning to a Service Integration organization, and various positions at Humanitas DMH, SURF, and the City of Amsterdam focused on service management and IT integration. Margreet's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Musicology from Utrecht University and ongoing advanced studies in Business Process Management & IT.
