Shannon Kennedy

Shannon Kennedy is an experienced product management leader with a career spanning over two decades in various industries. As the Director of Product Management at WernerCo. since January 2024, Shannon oversees product strategy and development. Prior roles include Vice President of Product Development at Corona, where responsibilities encompassed product management, engineering, and brand strategy for the North American Hand Tools division, and Senior Director of Product Management at Weber Inc., managing global accessories and fuel. Shannon's previous experience also includes leadership in product management roles at Custom Accessories, ETA hand2mind, Medline Industries, American Greetings, The Pampered Chef, and Fellowes, Inc. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from DePaul University and has a proven track record in product innovation, strategic planning, and talent development.
