Jim Thompson

Jim Thompson serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at WesBanco, bringing extensive experience in information technology and operations. Previously, Jim held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Old Line Bank, and prior roles included Senior Vice President of Information Technology at the same institution. At FTI Consulting, Jim served as Director of Operations and Engineering. Earlier in their career, Jim worked at MICROS Systems Inc, culminating in the role of Vice President of Hosting Operations for North America, along with being a Senior Director of Hosting Operations. Jim's experience also includes significant positions at Mercy Medical Center, where Jim advanced from Director to Senior Director of IT Operations.
