Faraz Tasnim

Faraz Tasnim is a seasoned financial and transformation professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer at Wesleyan since September 2022, Faraz has also held significant positions including Group Transformation Director and Chairman of the Audit Risk and Assurance Committee at unboxed2022. Previous roles include Treasurer at The Runnymede Trust, Programme Director at Quilter, and various finance leadership roles at RBS and Direct Line Group, where responsibilities encompassed leading large-scale transformations and financial management. Faraz's career began at Rolls-Royce North America, where initial experience as a Graduate Finance Trainee led to a role as Senior Finance Analyst. Faraz holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
