Deborah Treister

Deborah Treister has extensive experience in strategic planning and administration, currently serving as the Senior Director of Planning and Administration at Wesleyan University since March 2004. In this role, Deborah is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of operational functions that support the Office of Advancement's fundraising and constituent engagement goals, ensuring alignment with the university's strategies and resources. Prior to this position, Deborah held the role of Director of Planning and Administration within the same office, demonstrating significant expertise in operational functions. Earlier in Deborah's career, experience included roles as Director and Associate Director of Operations at The Napier Co., focusing on product forecasting, production planning, and inventory management. Deborah holds a BA in English/Education from the University at Albany, SUNY.
