Tezel D'Ogullari

Tezel D'ogullari currently serves as the Regional Coordinator Scout for West Ham United FC, focusing on players aged 13-16, since August 2023. In addition to this role, Tezel coaches the U14 & U15 Enfield District Football Team and has been the Head Coach at Limitess Football Academy in Enfield, North London since January 2018. Tezel also holds the position of Chairman for the North London Youth Football League and previously worked as a scout for Crystal Palace Football Club from September 2022 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Schools Manager at The Elms Sport in Schools and managing Southgate Olympic. Tezel's early career involved roles as Sports Coordinator and Coach at CUCKOO HALL ACADEMIES TRUST. Educational background includes qualifications from F.A, C.H.A.T, and Hertford Regional College.
