Janelle Rieland

Janelle Rieland is an experienced leader in the environmental consulting field with a strong focus on solar energy and wildlife biology. At Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc. (WEST) since February 2018, Janelle has held various roles, culminating in the position of Senior Manager and Solar Practice Group Lead. Prior to WEST, Janelle served as the Biological Group Manager and Principal Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from April 2016 to February 2018, and as Biological Group Manager at Natural Resource Group from June 2004 to April 2016. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1996 and 2002.
