Chad Patton

Chad Patton serves as the Director of Development and Innovation at West Michigan Works! since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in educational program management and workforce development. Previously, as the Program Director for Customized Workplace English at the Literacy Center of West Michigan, Chad directed a service that provided English instruction to employees of 22 businesses across various industries. Chad's earlier roles include Advisor at TRiO Educational Talent Search, where emphasis was placed on supporting first-generation college-bound students, as well as several coaching and teaching positions in the aquatic and educational sectors. Chad holds a Master’s Degree in Adult and Higher Education and a Bachelor’s Degree with double majors in English and Spanish from Grand Valley State University.
