Danny Hicks

Danny Hicks, MA, LPCC, LADC, LSW, currently serves as the Chief Behavioral Health Officer at Baywell Health Community, providing leadership for the Behavioral Health Department and overseeing contracts with Alameda County Behavioral Health. With extensive experience in various clinical and managerial roles, including positions as a Psychotherapist at Canopy Mental Health & Consulting and Clinical Director at PRC, Danny has developed expertise in mental health services, crisis intervention, and treatment program development. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Danny has a proven track record of enhancing programmatic efficiency and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies for diverse populations.
