The West Ohio Conference is the ministry office for The United Methodist Church in 58 counties of
Ohio, in ministry with nearly 200,000 members, 1,200 local United Methodist congregations, 8 satellite offices, 3 camping and retreat centers, and multiple community centers and missions sites in Ohio and globally.

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We are Wesleyan in our theology and follow the practice of 3 simple rules - do no harm, do good, stay in love with God. 

We believe that faith always includes a social dimension. One cannot be a solitary Christian. As we grow in faith through our participation in the church community, we are also nourished and equipped for mission and service to the world.

The Technical and Support Roles team at the West Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church is responsible for ensuring the organization's technological infrastructure and systems operate effectively to support its mission. This team manages IT services, cybersecurity, human resources, and financial administration, while also developing software solutions and analyzing data to enhance overall operational efficiency, enabling the conference to better serve its congregations and communities.
