Rebecca Hodges

Rebecca Hodges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Westbourne Grammar School, Rebecca also brings valuable insights as a Board Member for both Sacred Heart Mission and the Brien Holden Foundation. As the Founder and Principal of RJ People Solutions, Rebecca has established a consultancy focused on human resource solutions. Additionally, Rebecca held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Brien Holden Vision Institute, further showcasing a commitment to operational excellence. Rebecca holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, complemented by foundational education at St Columbas College.
