Narayanan Sivasailam

Narayanan Sivasailam is an accomplished financial professional with a robust background in model risk analysis and asset-liability management. Currently serving as an Asset-Liability Management Analyst at Western Alliance Bank since September 2021, Narayanan previously held the role of Sr. Model Risk Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as a Model Risk Quantitative Analyst at Union Bank, where expertise involved validating models for CCAR and CECL allowances. Narayanan’s analytical skills were further enhanced through internships and roles at AIG Life Ltd and Das Capital Management & Advisors Pvt. Ltd., as well as extensive experience at HDFC Limited, where responsibilities spanned business analysis and retail credit appraisal. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Financial Engineering from the IFMR Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
