Neal Wood

Neal Wood is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and software development. Currently serving as the Enterprise Architecture Leader at Western Alliance Bank since July 2014, Neal manages and mentors a team of domain architects across various platforms including Integration & Automation, Enterprise Services, and Digital Experience. Previous roles include VP of Application Development & Architecture at IntraEdge and a Dev Leader at Go Daddy.com, where Neal was responsible for leading the software engineering department. Additional experience includes software development management at the University of Phoenix, senior software development at Peter Piper, Inc., and systems engineering at Mission Peak Optics. Neal holds an MBA in Information Technology from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
