Aaron Moore

Aaron Moore currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Western Specialty Contractors since January 2019 and is also a Founding Member of the Talent Champions Council, a leading private membership community focused on innovative Talent Strategy. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive and Senior Recruiter at Professional Employment Group, where Aaron developed strong client relationships and effectively managed candidate placements. Additionally, Aaron held leadership positions at Target Optical and America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, enhancing customer experiences and mentoring staff. Aaron holds an Associate of Applied Science in Multimedia, Interactive Media Design from ITT Technical Institute-Earth City.
