Chirutha Singh is a seasoned professional in the field of Total Rewards and Performance with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Lead Total Rewards & Performance at Western Digital since August 2022, Chirutha oversees the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and strategic rewards initiatives. Prior to this role, Chirutha was Head of Rewards & Performance at CARS24 for a year, managing compensation-related tasks and salary structures. Previous experience includes a role as a Rewards Consultant at Mercer, where responsibilities encompassed delivering consulting assignments and devising compensation strategies, as well as serving as an HR Specialist at Fluor Corporation and conducting salary surveys at Cinepolis India. Chirutha holds an MBA in Human Resource from Amity University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Miranda House, Delhi.
