Dawn Green

Dawn (Dishaw) Green is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Procurement Officer - Flash at Western Digital since November 2024, Dawn previously held the role of Chief Procurement Officer - North America at Schneider Electric from 2019 to 2024, leading a team of approximately 278 professionals and managing over $11 billion in annual revenue across North America. Earlier in career, Dawn was Vice President of Procurement & Supply Chain at ARRIS from 2013 to 2019, overseeing a global team and a significant budget for diverse procurement needs. Dawn’s background includes various roles at Motorola, including Senior Procurement Manager and Program Manager, and a start at Raytheon as a Reliability Engineer. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA in Engineering Management from The University of Dallas, and recent executive leadership training at INSEAD in 2023.
