Nathan Fredrick

Nathan Fredrick has extensive experience in the explosive industry and real estate management. Currently serving as Vice President and previously as Account Manager at Western Explosives Systems Company (WESCO) since June 2009, Nathan oversees operations in a joint venture with DYNO Nobel, specializing in explosive technologies and services in the Western United States. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as Principal at Hawthorne Capital from November 2005 to March 2015, focusing on real estate acquisition and management. Nathan holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Real Estate from the same institution, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Utah State University.
