Tami Norris

Tami Norris, MBA, CWDP, currently serves as a Program Mentor at Western Governors University, supporting students in the College of Business. In addition, Tami holds positions as an Adjunct Faculty member at Monroe County Community College and Bowling Green State University, while also providing remote tutoring services through Pear Deck. Tami has extensive experience in youth mentorship at Epworth United Methodist Church, including an interim role as Youth Director. Previous roles include Vice President of Workforce Development at Cherry Street Mission Ministries and various educational positions at Northwest State Community College, Omnicare, and Productivity Point International. Tami is a Doctoral candidate in Organization Development and Change at Bowling Green State University, holding an MBA from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education.
