Rachael Hegarty

Rachael Hegarty is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Western Health and Social Care Trust since November 2022, Rachael previously held positions including HR Manager at The City Hotel Derry and Senior People Solutions Generalist at Concentrix. Rachael's career also includes experience as an HR Officer at Firstsource and as a Front of House Assistant at DW Sports fitness club, beginning with an internship in HR at Augentius. Rachael holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Ulster University, completed in 2018.
