Risa Scott-Smith

Risa Scott-Smith is an Associate Financial Advisor at Western International Securities since January 2023. Previously, Risa served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher in the UH Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program, focusing on data analysis related to barriers faced by Hawaiian farmers in soil health practices from December 2021 to May 2022. Risa also gained experience as a Sales Associate at San Lorenzo Bikinis in 2019 and held multiple positions as a Food Service Worker at the Bohemian Club between 2016 and 2018. Risa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Earth Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed in December 2022, and has a high school diploma from El Molino High School, with earlier education at Analy High School and California State University, Chico.
